Julie is a Partner at Deallus Consulting based in the London office. Julie oversees all projects within Neurology as well as leading projects across several therapy areas including Vaccines, CVM and Inflammatory disorders. She is an experienced strategy consultant who started her consultancy career developing public healthcare policies in the UK.
Prior to joining Deallus Julie was a Senior Scientific Advisor in the healthcare division of a global Public Relations firm where she was instrumental in supporting both pre-and post-launch marketing strategies as well as developing market access strategies for large pharma in the UK.
At Deallus Julie has provided strategic marketing support for several leading brands on both a global and regional level with expertise spanning clinical and commercial development strategies on both a product and franchise level, brand plan development and life cycle management projects including Rx to OTC strategies and business case development for extended indications.
As an experienced facilitator Julie supports clients through strategy workshops allowing for generation of tactical outputs to mitigate competitor threat or in preparation of possible market events on both a global and national level. Julie embarked on her consultancy career following completion of her PhD in Neuroscience from Imperial College London followed by a year in a clinical setting as a study monitor on an international, multi-centre post-marketing study for Lyrica.
