- The client NPP team and newly formed Brand Team requested us to identify and pressure test various strategic options to support their phase II/III asset in light of potentially highly impactful competitor activity.
- Deallus performed a wide and deep analysis of the evolving competitive landscape to characterize competitors’ regulatory, commercial and clinical strategies. The process filled several data gaps and identified a few remaining variables in the market place.
